Taking a leisurely stroll through the old markets and taking in the beauty of the Red Sea provided us the perfect relaxation after a day of hard work. When you decide to emigrate you often raise expectations from yourself and from others, this can cause feelings of failure when you becomes a bit overwhelmed. That is contra-productive. It is much better to look at what you are feeling with kindness towards yourself. Be patient with yourself and others. This does take time.
