  • Are there costs involved?

While our recruitment services are free of charge, there are certain costs involved in the process, primarily for registration purposes. To complete your registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), your qualifications, employment history, and licenses must be verified through platforms such as Dataflow, Mumaris+, and QVP. Additionally, a medical examination is required for the visa application.Visa application is different for each country depending on specific demands of the local Saudi Embassy.

These steps ensure that you meet all the necessary regulatory requirements for practicing in Saudi Arabia, so you can work safely and without worries.

  • How long till I can mobilise

The length of the process can vary, as each case is unique, and many factors are outside of our control. On average, the application process takes about 3 months.

Once we receive your CV, we’ll get in touch within a week. A consultant will then call you to discuss your background and goals in more detail.

If you decide to proceed, we recommend gathering all necessary documents to complete your application. Once your application is ready, we’ll forward it to hospitals with positions that match your profile.

We’ll then work to secure an interview, usually conducted via Skype or Zoom. If you're successful in the interview and receive an offer of employment, we strongly advise starting the SCFHS registration process as soon as possible, as there can be delays beyond our control. If all goes well the SCFHS registration can be obtained within 6weeks although 2 months is more likely.

Once Mumaris+ provides your eligibility number for the Prometric exam, we can begin the visa process. The hospital will then arrange your e-ticket once your visa is stamped.

Finally, you’ll travel to attend the next available orientation program after your last day of work, and begin your exciting new journey.

Althoughg this seems like a very long process, most of it depending on how quickly you can collect your documents, in our experience candidates need this time to prepare for the new life that lies ahead.

  • Where will I live

Housing is provided at no cost in a Western-style compound. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances, including pots, pans, and bed linen. Additionally, all bills are covered, including electricity, water, and other utilities, so there are no extra costs for you.

If you prefer to live outside the compound and find your own accommodation, you have the option to do so. In this case, you will be entitled to a housing allowance to cover your living expenses.

  • Do I need to be registered to work in Saudi Arabia?

Yes, you must be registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) in order to practice in Saudi Arabia.

This registration process  consists of three essential steps:

  1. Dataflow Verification: This step verifies your qualifications, license, and professional experience. Once completed, you will receive a Dataflow report, which is required for the next stage, Mumaris+.

  2. Mumaris+: This is the Saudi verification platform that further checks your qualifications, license, and experience. Once approved, it will guide you toward the Prometric exam.

  3. QVP (Qualifications Verification Platform): This platform verifies your qualifications to ensure they meet the standards set by SCFHS.

It's crucial that these steps are completed as quickly and accurately as possible, as any delays or mistakes can impact the entire process.

We highly recommend you approach this with great care to avoid setbacks.

If you need assistance at any stage, we will do our best to support you throughout the process. However, please note that while we strive to provide the best guidance possible, we cannot guarantee outcomes.

  • Can my family visit?

YES!

Saudi Arabia is definitely worth your while to visit, especially as the country continues to open up more to international travelers and showcases its rich cultural heritage and modern developments. The mix of ancient history, stunning landscapes, and cutting-edge cities makes it a unique travel destination.

Getting a visit visa for Saudi Arabia has become more accessible in recent years, especially with the introduction of the eVisa for tourists in 2019.

  • Eligibility: Citizens from certain countries (e.g., the U.S., UK, EU nations, and some other countries) can apply for an eVisa online.

  • Documents: Typically, you'll need a passport valid for at least 6 months, a passport-sized photo, and sometimes proof of accommodation or return travel.

  • Application Process: The eVisa can be completed online and generally takes just a few minutes to apply for. You can pay the visa fee online as well.

  • Approval: Once approved, you’ll get an electronic visa, which allows you to stay for up to 90 days in Saudi Arabia. Processing usually takes a few days, but can be faster.
